Producing Google Chrome diagnostic logs

  1. Open a new tab in your Chrome Browser
  2. Click on the ellipsis menu in the upper right hand cornerScreen_Shot_2022-10-19_at_7.06.29_PM.png
  3. Click on More Tools > Developer Tools
  4. Navigate to your Vizit instance.
  5. Wait until you get a black screen trying to access your Vizit instance.
  6. Click on the Network tab, right click on the table in the tab and select Save all as HAR with content. (this will generate a HAR file)Screen_Shot_2022-10-19_at_6.53.29_PM.png
  7. Click on the Console tab, right click on the table in the tab and select Save As.... (this will generate a log file)Screen_Shot_2022-10-19_at_7.02.55_PM.png
