How Monitors Refresh Each Month

At Vizit, we want to make sure that your product listings and scores for your listings are up to date with the latest information. To do this, we do a product listing and monitoring-based benchmark update automatically at the start of each month.

This update includes two main components:

  1. Updating your product listings - Vizit will ensure that each of your listings is up to date. If you have changed images, ordering, etc with your listing throughout the previous month, we will update it in the Vizit system at the start of each month.
  2. Updating benchmarks - Vizit will refresh the monitoring-based benchmarks each month to ensure that you are scoring your listing against the highest scoring images each month.

Because the images in both your product listing and monitoring-based benchmarks can change throughout the month, this means that at the start of a new month you may notice that previously created Experiments have different scores than they did before. Vizit will update all experiments to include the latest benchmarks scores to ensure you can continue working to improve your listings based on the most up to date data.

What does not change

Experiments are retained as a record of what work has been done. We will update the Vizit scores for any images to reflect the current data in Monitors, but we want to preserve the work of your creative team.
